Replication lag showing Negative value

Hi everyone…

My production replica set replication lags shows sometime -1 or -2,
syncedTo: ‘Fri Aug 25 2023 11:39:18 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)’,
replLag: '-1 secs (0 hrs) behind the primary ’
and we set in read preference is primary preferred…
please explain the cause ?
