Received 50% Certification Voucher Instead of 100% GitHub Student Voucher

Hello MongoDB Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I have an active GitHub Student Developer Pack and claimed the MongoDB GitHub Student offer through the GitHub Student Developer Pack portal.

During the claim process, I authorized and connected my GitHub account to MongoDB using the GitHub account that has an active GitHub Student Developer Pack.

I then completed the MongoDB Node.js Developer Learning Path using my MongoDB University account. However, after completing the learning path, I received only the standard 50% certification voucher instead of the 100% free certification voucher included with the GitHub Student Developer Pack.

My details are:

  • GitHub Username: Srushti-Kamble14

  • MongoDB University Email: kamblesrushti127@gmail.com

  • Learning Path Completed: MongoDB Node.js Developer Path

  • GitHub Student Developer Pack: Verified and Active

  • Email showing the 50% certification voucher

Since I successfully connected my GitHub Student account before completing the learning path, could you please review my account and verify whether I am eligible for the 100% GitHub Student certification voucher?

If your GitHub Student Pack was active and linked before you completed the learning path, you should be eligible for the 100% voucher. This likely just needs a manual review by the MongoDB team, so wait for a staff member to check your account.
