Received 100% Discount Coupon After Purchasing Exam – Request for Refund Guidance

Hi MongoDB Community,

I’m looking for some guidance regarding a situation I recently encountered.

I had raised a support ticket requesting a 100% discount coupon for the certification exam before making the purchase. However, since the response from the team was delayed, I went ahead and purchased the exam at the available price and successfully passed it. I received my certification 2 days ago.

Yesterday, I received the 100% discount coupon in response to my earlier request.

Given this situation, I wanted to ask:

  • Is it possible to get a refund for the exam fee I already paid?

  • Or is there any alternative way this coupon can be utilized?

I would really appreciate any suggestions or guidance from the community or anyone who has faced a similar situation.
