Problems taking the certification exam

I had trouble connecting to the examiner several times and when I did, they disconnected me on purpose.

When I finally managed to take the test, I was disconnected in the middle of the exam and I didn’t get any answers. I contacted the provider ProctorU and they said there was nothing they could do and that I should contact Mongo.
