Problems installing MongoDB on Windows 10

I tried to install MongoDB on Windows 10 and it didn’t create bin folder. I used this version to install: mongodb-win32-x86_64-2012plus-4.2.7-signed.msi

Is correct?

Which version you are trying to install?
Enterprise or Community?
bin dir should be in the default location

C:\Program Files\MongoDB\Server\4.2\bin

Did you specify any other location while install?

Community version

Yes, i tried to change location to install and not default.

So search in your installed path/location
It should be there similar to default path
Locate MongoDB first then search in sub dirs
