Hi Everyone, I am also having a similar problem. I installed the on-premises gateway on my machine. I have been able to get Power BI service to see both my connection to mongoDB and my gateway. I keep getting error codes about a lack of credentials (despite having put them in both desktop and service, and it refreshes fine in power bi desktop). When I go to re-input credentials in power bi service, it just shows a grey square for the authentication method and I cant input anything. Thoughts? Alexi, I will email you as well.
