I have installed mongodb on vm running RHEL8. The VM is running on my windows 10 laptop. I am able to connect to mongodb running in my vm from my windows laptop using Robo 3T and mongo compass both but the problem is every time I reconnect to mongodb, the port where these two apps are connecting gets changed automatically.
Since I am not linux expert, I am unable to fix the issue and ensure that the port number does not get changed everytime I reconnect to mongodb.
Can anyone help please?
