We experienced reduction in “tickets” after upgraded to 7.0. Impacted prod services. The issue was resolved by adding this to mongod.conf:
setParameter:
storageEngineConcurrentReadTransactions: 128
storageEngineConcurrentWriteTransactions: 128
Rolling reboot mongod, issue was resolved immediately.
