Our Startup of the Month is Huntr

Rennie Haylock started Huntr in 2017 as a job tracker and has spent nearly a decade turning it into an AI-native career platform – all without a single dollar of venture funding. That independence has let Huntr reinvent itself more than once: first as a globally loved job tracker, then as a B2B business selling to coding bootcamps, and now as a consumer suite built around an AI resume builder, a resume quality scoring engine, and job-tailored resumes.

Rennie’s background cuts across product design, technical product management, and growth. A range that comes in handy when you’re leading product and strategy for a lean team. Based in Seattle, he now serves hundreds of thousands of job seekers worldwide.

We’ve asked him a couple of questions about his startup journey; read his responses in Infra Bytes’ newsletter to learn more about the great minds behind Huntr.
