Tell us about your journey as a MongoDB User Group leader.
Watching the community grow is fulfilling, initially from mostly beginners exploring to attracting working professionals and even students with solid MongoDB skills.
What has been your most rewarding moment as a MUG leader?
The satisfaction when attendees leave with smiles, thank me as an organizer/speaker, and ask about the next meetup. Small moments, but less is more!
Do you have any tips for developers looking to build a community?
Quality over quantity — focus on attracting the right people, not just big numbers. Always have backup plans B, C, and D for event organizing. And lucky draw dopamine for swag at the end always works like a charm!
What’s your favorite thing about being part of the MongoDB Community?
The people! The passionate community members, the supportive team behind everything, the whole vibes!
Where can developers connect with or learn more about you?
