I need to setup one OpsManager to send events to external monitoring then raise tickets . We plan to use API for this external monitoring. But i do know now and cannot find anything about this : What user do i need to create and what access has to be granted ? Do i need to use different port for connection and so on. If someone has experience whit such or know how to setup i will be greatful!

I assume you probably already found an answer for this question (and would have access to Commercial Support If you are using Ops Manager for a production environment).
