Hi,
I have deployed new server in ops manager due to rpm installation issue I had to install mongo rpm manually.
But now I cannot see its server on ops manager “All cluster” tab . Also RAM and OS details are not there. Is it because I manually installed mongo rpm(installation part).Is so how can I resolve it . Currently I see a node in grey. But monitoring is unabled and also data is visible in ops manager. Metrics also working fine.
