Just commenting here if anyone comes back here and experiences the same issue.
In my case, I redeployed OpsManager and noticed when I enable backup in OpsManager, ops-manager-db deployment gets down on OM UI even though it seems up and running in the cluster. I don’t see any problem other than that. So I’m leaving it like this. Will update here if I find any solutions.
