Not able to upgrade from M5 to M10

When upgrading my M5 cluster to M10, I am getting below error
“Configuring analytics nodes specific auto-scaling is not yet supported.”

It’s been more than 3 days since I have contacted support team via Chat. There is no reply.
Don’t have paid support plan. So no access to Support Ticketing

The issue got resolved.

For future visitor: This was an internal issue with Atlas. The same was fixed by support team. There was no action required from my part.
