Not able to take Developer Exam due to mismatch in ProctorU name

The proctor assigned to me by proctorU refused to start the test because my proctorU name didnt match my document name.

While trying to change my name, I accidentally unenrolled from MongoDB in ProctorU and am unable to re-enroll.

Is there any way for me to re-enroll my proctorU account in Mongodb institution and take the test?

Update : I was able to re-use my voucher to enroll myself again, but my name is still wrong on the proctorU website.
