I completed MongoDB Associate Atlas Administrator Exam on 3 Apr, but no result.
At the end, it said result will be released in around 14 days.
Sending email to certification@mongodb.com, but no reply.
What is the problem?

looking forward the dates are correct. Today the MongoDB .local in New York takes place. It should not, but this might slowed down responses. I am pretty sure that you will get soon a response. If not please DM me.

@Shu_Yik_Yu Thanks for reaching out! We apologize that you did not recieve a reply to your ticket. I suggest looking in your junk folder as we respond to tickets within 24hr M-F.
The scoring for the MongoDB Certified Atlas Administrator beta exam will have results available to the candidates on May 2, 2024 (today!), which is when the actual certification launches. However, it is possible that it could take 10-12 days after launch pending data analysis. This was explained on the website when you signed up for the beta exam.
