Kindly email the Certification Team at certification@mongodb.com for this request. They will be able to help you out with the name change in your certificate.

If you linked your GitHub/Gmail account with your MongoDB account, you should make sure that the First Name and Last Name in the GitHub/Gmail account is correct as well. You may also want to check your Credly profile as well.
