Need help to create a MongoDB localhost database

Hello,
i want to try to run a Localhost database on My Root server, but dont know what i do wrong Only Altas Work but i need a localhost database im not dev and have any Experience i Hope anyone can help me =)

There is also a Docker Image of MongoDB

Also MongoDB University is a incredible resource!
