Moving collections to new rs

Hey,

Currently I have mongo cluster with one RS,
I want to move couple of collections to a separate and new RS without performing downtime or reducing it to the minimum.

I have looked for couple of solutions but either of them gave me easy and clean transition,
can you recommend me how to do this kind of change?

and it is one of many I have to do…
