All resources under domain “mongodb.com” cannot be accessed.
Atlas cloud is available, but it takes a long long time to open the atlas portal.
Is it something that often happens?
It will seriously affect our choice of MongoDB.

For MongoDB Atlas & Cloud resources, you can monitor their current status in https://status.cloud.mongodb.com/ . The page also lists past incidents.

Not that particular incident, unfortunately. It’s also not listed in the status page above, so it may not be due to Atlas infrastructure. Sorry I don’t have more details than that
