Mongodb v5.0 cpu instructions requirements

I am searching how to upgrade from v3.2 to a stable version(v4.4 or v5.0 in shortlist)。 I found mongodb v5.0 has some more extra cpu instructions requirements…(MongoDB 5.0 CPU Intel G4650 compatibility)

Is there a list for v5.0 cpu instructions requirements?

我的赛扬n5105也不能启动。系统是debian11，mongo版本是5.0。报错非法指令，就是不支持指令集了。
