The MongoDB Rust driver team is pleased to announce the release of version 2.0.0 of the official Rust driver! This release is the culmination of several months of work and includes a number of new features, API enhancements, and bug fixes. A few notable examples are tokio 1.0 support, a transactions API, and significant performance improvements.
