Am 09. Juli um 17 Uhr findet das nächste deutschsprachige (virtuelle) MongoDB User Group Meeting statt. Wir freuen uns dieses Mal - nach einem kurzen Update zu den Neuigkeiten von der MongoDB.LIVE - auf einen Erfahrungsbericht zu MongoDB Realm. MongoDB Realm (ehemals MongoDB Stitch) bietet die Möglichkeit, serverseitigen Code ereignisbasiert oder zeitgesteuert ausführen zu lassen. Dazu wird Manuel Reil uns von Alyne (https://www.alyne.com) berichten, wie MongoDB Realm dort zum Einsatz kommt, um automatisch Email-Ereignisse wie “delivered”, “bounced”, “deferred”, etc. zu speichern, Statistiken in MongoDB Charts darzustellen und vieles mehr. Und natürlich gibt es wieder Zeit für eine Q&A Session und ein wenig virtuelles Networking!
We’ll be hosting our next virtual user group on July 9th at 5pm CET. After a short update on MongoDB 4.4 we’ll hear from a MongoDB Realm user. Realm offers developers the opportunity to execute code based on external events or at a specific time. Manuel Reil from Alyne (https://www.alyne.com) will talk about how they use the technology to automatically generate email statistics. MongoDB serverless functions are triggered by mail events like delivered, bounced, deferred, etc. and bring this status into MongoDB Charts dashboards. You will have time for asking Manuel and MongoDB employees questions at the end. Please note that the event will be in German.
