Hey Ociel,
The opcounters you reference here reflect operations that you/your application perform against your M0 instance - another user’s operations would not appear there… Is it possible that you have a cron job or an App Service trigger running somewhere that you are not actively maintaining?
I recommend reaching out to our support via the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the Atlas UI.
