We have a application error log with error “Unable to acquire IX lock” which seems to be attempted to acquire an Intent Exclusive (IX) lock on the collection ptp.exApCoCrdtr but timed out after 5 milliseconds.
This seems caused by contention—other operations are holding locks, and your query couldn’t get its lock in time.
