I have faced some issues in MongoDB service. MongoDB community version(3.6.0) for the staging server. I have directly deleted some files (only collections wt file) in mongo folder. so now I have not to repair MongoDB and not start MongoDB service. I have use AWS Linux2 EC2 machine. how to recover my database.
You should not do that on any database. You’ve effectively put yourself in a position where your only option is a recovery from backup or export.
