MongoDB Compass blank screen on Windows 7

Hi,

I have installed mongoDB compass GUI (MSI installer). After completing the installation i clicked MongoDB compass , the system shows blank screen(black).

Kindly guide me thro this to open databases

What is the version of the Compass you are trying? Try downloading the latest version 1.21.2 (I have a copy and it works fine on Windows 7).

I am facing the same problem. I have installed the latest version of mongodb compass 1.25.0 and mongodb of ion 4.2.12. When I am opening mongodb compass it is showing black screen.

Are you using Compass in a Citrix environment?
