I am installed bi connector ,I am able to connect local database in tableau and unable to connect external database with tableau and not able to configure bi connector also

Please confirm what do you mean by external database here? Do you mean MongoDB Atlas?
Also, I would recommend you to kindly check below resources for connecting MongoDB to Tableau.
What is the issue that you are facing with this?

Thanks for the reply , External database means , we connect a database in atllas to mongo db compass and internal database means locolhost in compass , we can connect that internal database , while running Bi connector , only show databse from local host , help on this issue
