MongoDB 7.0.45 is out and is ready for production deployment. This release contains only fixes since 7.0.44, and is a recommended upgrade for all 7.0 users.

- SERVER-107966 A SingleServerPingMonitor within the RSM can get disabled and never reenabled
- SERVER-119766 Fix data race in oplogFetcherHighestFetchedOptime metric
- SERVER-128392 Duplicate insert into a clustered collection whose _id contains a Decimal128 throws a KeyString format error
- SERVER-132246 minWaitForStreamingHelloMillis default breaks spec-compliant drivers
- SERVER-132946 Heap-use-after-free in $_internalApplyOplogUpdate stage when reading via getMore after aggregate Invocation is destroyed
- SERVER-134618 Fix serialization of constant values in $bucket stage
