Hi all. I have a website on Magento 2. Help me make Magento 2 and Mongo db friends? :grinning:

By Magento 2 do you mean the newly renamed Adobe Commerce suite?

In many cases, it’s up to the application to connect to MongoDB, so usually this is a question best posted on the specific application’s support forum. MongoDB basically just sits there waiting for a connection and does not initiate any outgoing connection to an application, so unless there’s an error, the MongoDB server would have no idea what’s going on :slight_smile:

Having said that, I think there’s a relevant post in the Magento 2 forum: magento2 + mongodb - Magento Forums but this looks like an old question. You might want to check if the solution posted there works for you.
