Mongo Compass Connection Issue

When i am trying to connect our one of the Cluster i am not able to connect but one instance i am able to. The only difference i here is one cluster is shareded and one which we are able to connect is not sharded having replicaSet.

We have added our IP’s in both the clusters. Tried both urls srv or standard.

Could you please help us on this issue ?

Are you trying to connect to the mongos(s) of your sharded cluster or something else (config or shard)?

Can you connect to a single mongos/node using the “Fill in connection fields individually” option instead of the entire connection string?

What error is given by compass?
