for some reason, I lost all triggers from my clusters for 40 mins, and after 40 mins all of them got back to the list.
Does anyone have an idea?

Does the issue matches the timing of this outage? In general, when something like this happens, a look at the Status page is a good idea.
Just to be clear, the issue only prevented the app administration part from working, the triggers themselves should have run regardless.
