Hello,
I had created my MongoDB Atlas account using Google login with my company email. Unfortunately, that email account was deleted about 3 months ago, and now I cannot log in to MongoDB Atlas.
Since I was using a free cluster, I cannot open a support ticket directly.
Is there any way to recover my Atlas project or transfer ownership to a new email ID?
Details:
- Cluster Type: Free tier (M0)
- Issue: Email deleted → cannot log in → cannot access MongoDB Atlas
Please guide me on how I can recover access.
