Local MongoDB to sync only on request

Hello!
I am trying to create a data pipeline which uses for development only and not for production use cases. For this purpose I have an on-premise machine with a MongoDB that I want to sync to the Atlas MongoDB and from the cloud on request only. Any native support for this feature?
