I have completed the MongoDB developer learning path for python using an account linked to my personal email. I also have a Github education/student that says I can claim a 100% voucher for the developer certification exam once I complete this learning path.
From other forum posts, it seems that there is no way I can individually link these two accounts, and I would like to avoid redoing the >15 hours of lessons. Can someone help me link these accounts or access a voucher for the certification exam?
If you complete a learning path on a MongoDB University account with an email address that’s different from the one your GitHub Student Developer Pack benefits are under, you can still access the free certification voucher. No need to link accounts.
To do so, you must verify that you have active GitHub Student Developer Pack benefits by entering your GitHub credentials on mongodb.com/students.
After successfully entering your credentials, the webpage will show 2 tiles, one for MongoDB Atlas credits and one for MongoDB certification.
In the text for the certification tile, there’s a link to a form that you can fill out to request a free certification voucher.
The form asks for some information (your MongoDB University account email address, your GitHub username, etc.) so that we can verify that you are eligible for a voucher. It usually takes 2-5 for us to process manual certification voucher applications so we appreciate your patience!

I think the issue is that I completed the learning path on a personal email account, so if I fill out the form with my university/student account, there won’t be any details for you to confirm that I completed the courses on a different account. I don’t see anywhere in the form to enter my account info for a separate non-student account
There’s a question in the form for your MongoDB University account details (I believe it’s question 3 or 4). Your MongoDB University email address is whatever email address is associated with the account you completed the learning path on. It could be a gmail account, a school email address, etc. Just whatever email address has the learning path completion on it.
