I completed the MongoDB Certification Learning Path and verified my student status via GitHub (received the GitHub Student Developer Pack).
However, MongoDB says my student verification is missing, so I couldn’t get the Student Developer Pack and coupon.
Please help me resolve this. I can provide more proof if needed.

To be eligible for free certification, students must:
Verify their student status by entering their GitHub information at mongodb.com/students
Complete and pass all courses associated with a certification learning path in MongoDB University.

I believe you were emailed by our team with details on why you did not receive a 100% discount voucher. In all cases, students who do not receive a 100% discount voucher either did not verify that they have active GitHub Student Developer Pack benefits or did not complete a certification learning path in MongoDB University.
When completing the certification discount voucher request form, please ensure that you are entering the correct email addresses associated with your MongoDB University account and your GitHub account.
The project “MongoDB Java Developer Path” cannot be completed. Even though the units “Start Here - Intro to MongoDB” and “MongoDB and the Document Model” are completed, they are still shown as “required learning” on the dashboard.
