Issue with ProctorU account setting for certification exam

Hi, MongoDB team.

I need to change my name(first name, last name) of ProctorU account for MongoDB associate DBA exam.
I already purchased the exam. I can’t change my name in ProctorU.
I already tried reaching out ProctorU live chat and certification@mongodb.com. but they didn’t sovle my problem.

So I’m here to get some help to change my name of ProctorU account.

I asked helps to certification@mongodb.com multiple times.
But MongoDB team keeps sending same AI generated replies over and over again and the replies even aren’t related to my problem.
What can I do now???
