Issue Proceeding After Applying Certification Voucher

Hey everyone :wave:

I got a $150 MongoDB certification voucher through Github student Developer pack and successfully applied it to my account. But as soon as I try to move forward with the next step, I get this message:

“Apologies. We are not able to provide you with our services at this time.”

I’m not sure why this is happening right after the voucher is accepted. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error for more clarity.

Has anyone else faced this? Or does anyone know how to fix it?

Any help or guidance would be really appreciated :pray:
