Is there a way to change my First Name and Last Name of my MongoDB Account?

Hi,

I created my MongoDB account using my GitHub account. I just noticed now that the Lastname is “N/A” resulting to “Antonio N/A” in the certificate of completion.

Another person already asked the same question. How to update Username whenever I Update My First Name or Last Name

And the solution says to check this help page:

But it did not solve problem because the help page states “First Name” and “Last Name” field is not updatable.

Is there another way?
