Question: Legal Implications of Using MongoDB Community Edition for Internal Systems

My team is currently using MongoDB Community Edition to store data and build internal systems, such as a requirements management system. Are there any legal concerns associated with using the Community Edition for these purposes? Is it mandatory to use the Enterprise Edition for internal enterprise usage?

Community can be used by companies. but
If you modify MongoDB’s source code and provide it to a third party, you must open the source code.
