Hi Kanika,
It’s a pleasure to meet you. I’m having trouble downloading MongoDB Compass. I’m able to get to the Download page MongoDB Compass Download | MongoDB
However, once I get to the page there is an additional step of clicking the Download button after selecting the version you want. When I do that, I encounter a pop-up with the word “Download” and nothing else. I know there are fields there but I cannot see any of them. Please help. I’ve included a screenshot in .png format. - Jai

Hi Marcos,
My name is Gastón and also live in Argentina.
Hello,
My name is Atit. I am from Thailand. My current role is a DevOps engineer.
Thank you for your response Sonali. I see that the issue with Compass has been resolved. You can close any ticket related to this issue. I do have another few issues. The lectures don’t match up with the current version of MongoDB Atlas. For example, the lecture Connecting to your cluster from the MongoDB shell, the user interface the lecturer is looking at and what I see, is different. Also, for deleting documents lesson, the documents in the loadReviewsDataset did not match with the lesson. A third issue is the ReplaceOne lesson, everything was null not just the fields that the instructor mentioned.
HI @Jai_33176,
The Atlas team keeps on updating and improving the platform and that is why you are viewing difference in the video and Atlas UI.
Please share the screenshot for these issues.
Note: Please post your doubts by creating another topic in the discussion forum so that the doubts are categorized seperately.
Thanks,
Sonali
