How to parse resume token and get timestamp?

mey be one of the below data types:

  • Hex-encoded string ( v1 )
  • Hex-encoded string ( v0 )
  • BinData

if i only have one resumeToken ({_data:“xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”}), how to parse resume token and get timestamp or other fields?
