How to know which release is the stable one for mongo 5.0 and 6.0

in the production notes, it says :Be sure you have the latest stable release.

in the versioning page, it tells me that before 4.4 , x.y ,when y is event ,that is the stable release, then i should use the latest fix pack base on x.y ,for example, 4.4 , i should use 4.4.19?

but how about 5.0, 6.0
in the download page, i can see such as 6.0.5(current), 5.0.15, are these the stable one?
