How to create MongoDB static builds?

Hi

I need to create static builds of MongoDB 5 and 6, with and without AVX support, and for x64, arm64 architectures (8 files totally).

Document for this case is horrible. Almost nothing. This is urgent for me. I really appreciate any help.
