How to contact support team to re-sync my replica set

I am using mongodb atlas replica set, recently I deleted a lot of data from my db to reduce cost.
However after deleting and running compact on secondary nodes, the free space reserved is still huge. For context my collection’s storage size is about 580G and the free space is about 350G out of 580G.

I am reading around the forum and it looks like I have to contact the support team to use rolling maintenance to re-sync one replica set member at a time.

My question is where I can do this on cloud.mongodb.com? Do I have to register for at least “Developer” support plan to start talking to them?

Under Organization’s you will see support tab
You can choose basic support,paid etc
