Hi MongoDB Team,
I’m unable to sign in to MongoDB University / MongoDB Student Pack using GitHub SSO to redeem my GitHub Student Developer Pack benefits. I consistently get this error:
“We could not sign you in with that login method. Confirm you have access. If you are using GitHub SSO, make sure your GitHub account has a public, verified email address.”
What I’ve already checked/tried:
- GitHub Education benefits are verified and active (Application Type: Student, verified June 04, 2026, expires June 04, 2028)
- My GitHub primary email is Verified, and “Keep my email addresses private” is OFF
- Revoked MongoDB’s OAuth access under Sign in to GitHub · GitHub and reattempted sign-in with a fresh authorization — same error persists
- Tried in an incognito window to rule out cached sessions/extensions
Since the standard fixes haven’t resolved it, this looks like it may be an issue on MongoDB’s authentication side. Could you please look into my account and help me get signed in?
