Getting server timeout when making connection through shell

Hi All,
I am getting servertimeout error when trying to connect mongodb through shell. Please help me out to figure it.

just go to mongodb atlas admin panel.Go in security tab>Network Access> Then whitelist your IP by adding itstrong text

The connection is to 127.0.0.1, doing anything on Atlas will not help.

Is mongod running?

If it is, then your firewall might block the connection.

I am using community version.

Is your mongod up?
Can you check status of mongod service from taskmanager

yes it is up… But also getting server timeout .

Is your mongod running on default port?
Check mongod.log
