Getting no data when downloading charts as a csv

Hi there

So when trying to download any chart in our dashboard as a CSV I’m getting a file with little to no data from the report. This doesn’t happen if I download the JSON file. At first I thought that it was too much data to handle (100k documents), but this happens as well with charts with 1800 documents. Is this a bug or there is something wrong with our cluster?

Hi @Jose_Rubio, sorry this is a bug that crept into our last release. We are working on the fix now.
