Failed to upgrade cluster, and lost most of the data

I was in the process of upgrading my free M0 cluster to M2 when I encountered the following error message. Upon checking my collection, it appears that the data has been lost. I attempted to contact the chat support, but unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone for assistance.

Error Message:
“Your cluster upgrade failed during data migration, and in some rare cases, your cluster may be missing data.”

I understand you attempted to contact support already. Can I request that you try contacting the in-app chat support team again now? I believe there are active chat support members at this time.
