Failed to set up listener: SocketException: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions

Hi guys! I have been dealing with this kind of issue for the last 30 hours or so. I have tried pretty much anything I found on the web. Hopefully nothing was messed up!

Any idea what this error means and how to deal with it?

MongoDB error code 48 indicates that the default port of MongoDB is already in use

Try to use another port
When you run mogod without any parameters like port it uses default port 27017
